This was carried out remarkably quickly and both Conchi and Rebecca kept me well informed, guiding me through the necessary paperwork and patiently explaining items I did not understand. The sale price was extremely good and my daughters were grateful for the completion date being negotiated to enable them to travel to Spain during the school holidays for the necessary signing.
